What You’ll Do

Tax Compliance & Strategy

  • Support preparation and filing of tax returns across individuals, trusts, foundations, partnerships, and corporate entities
  • Manage tax calendars, deadlines, filings, extensions, and estimated payments
  • Coordinate and organize tax documentation across multiple entities and stakeholders
  • Assist with tax journal entries and collaborate with accounting on proper treatment
  • Help draft responses to tax notices, audits, and regulatory inquiries
  • Track and document taxable events for future reporting
  • Contribute to tax projections and planning strategies
  • Conduct research to support thoughtful, proactive tax decision-making

Portfolio & Cash Flow Reporting

  • Support portfolio and cash flow reporting using platforms like Addepar
  • Review data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in preparing and distributing reports to clients
  • Help maintain clear documentation around reporting processes

Operations & Family Office Support

  • Contribute to process improvement across tax, estate, and reporting workflows
  • Maintain clean, organized financial records and documentation
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across the team as needed

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA or EA eligibility
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on tax
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data-heavy environments
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with Addepar, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Canoe, or similar tools is a plus)
  • High attention to detail paired with strong critical thinking and organization
  • A proactive mindset, you don’t just execute, you look for ways to improve
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Discretion and professionalism, you understand the importance of confidentiality in this environment
