What You’ll Do
Tax Compliance & Strategy
Support preparation and filing of tax returns across individuals, trusts, foundations, partnerships, and corporate entities
Manage tax calendars, deadlines, filings, extensions, and estimated payments
Coordinate and organize tax documentation across multiple entities and stakeholders
Assist with tax journal entries and collaborate with accounting on proper treatment
Help draft responses to tax notices, audits, and regulatory inquiries
Track and document taxable events for future reporting
Contribute to tax projections and planning strategies
Conduct research to support thoughtful, proactive tax decision-making
Portfolio & Cash Flow Reporting
Support portfolio and cash flow reporting using platforms like Addepar
Review data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in preparing and distributing reports to clients
Help maintain clear documentation around reporting processes
Operations & Family Office Support
Contribute to process improvement across tax, estate, and reporting workflows
Maintain clean, organized financial records and documentation
Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles
Assist with ad hoc projects across the team as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA or EA eligibility
2+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on tax
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data-heavy environments
Ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with Addepar, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Canoe, or similar tools is a plus)
High attention to detail paired with strong critical thinking and organization
A proactive mindset, you don’t just execute, you look for ways to improve
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across a collaborative, high-performing team
