HR Soul is partnering with a dynamic, growth-focused organization to recruit a Marketing Specialist for a newly created position driven by expanded service lines and increased business activity. This role supports multiple business divisions and plays a key part in ensuring marketing materials, brand consistency, and document systems remain polished, synchronized, and strategically aligned.

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Director and partners closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient after onboarding, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high volumes of marketing material updates while maintaining brand integrity and accuracy.

This role is primarily onsite, with eligibility for up to one remote day per week after 90 days.

  • Maintain and update high-volume marketing materials including sales decks, presentations, and collateral across multiple divisions
  • Ensure synchronization and consistency of correlated materials across platforms and teams
  • Administer and manage document management systems and workflows
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate financial information into polished marketing materials
  • Ensure adherence to established branding and style guidelines
  • Support new business initiatives and expansion efforts with updated marketing assets
  • Provide occasional external-facing marketing support as directed
  • Coordinate version control and maintain accuracy across multiple entities
  • Proactively identify process improvements within marketing operations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience (flexibility for highly aligned experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
  • Experience developing materials that incorporate financial or investment-related information
  • Strong understanding of branding standards and style guide implementation
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Investment, Equity, Financial Services, or related professional services environments
  • Client services experience within these industries is strongly considered
  • Knowledge of document management systems and structured workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Hourly range: $27.88 – $29.81 (non-exempt)
  • Eligible for discretionary annual bonus up to 5% of annual earnings
