HR Soul is partnering with an established organization seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen its people operations.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR professional who can move comfortably between strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll partner closely with leadership while overseeing the programs and practices that support an engaged, productive, and compliant workplace.

Develop and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee engagement
Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees on HR policies, workplace matters, and employee relations
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and retention
Support compensation and benefits administration
Develop employee communications related to organizational initiatives, policies, and engagement efforts
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS/HRMS data
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and reporting requirements
Manage HR vendors, contracts, renewals, and service delivery
Recommend improvements to HR processes and the overall employee experience
Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic people initiatives
Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad generalist responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must
Experience across employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and policy administration
Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience administering HRIS/HRMS platforms and maintaining employee data
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
