A growing manufacturing company in Oldsmar is looking for a hands-on, mid-level HR Generalist to step in and help bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to their people operations.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building while doing—not overly regimented, not buried in red tape, but ready for someone who can connect the dots across recruiting, HR systems, and day-to-day employee support.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact quickly, with a clear path to a full-time role as the business continues to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing

Recruiting & Talent Support
Lead and support recruiting efforts across a variety of roles
Partner with hiring managers to streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience
Assist with onboarding and early employee experience
Core HR Operations
Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers on HR-related questions
Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
Help bring structure and consistency to HR processes and policies
HR Systems & Analytics
Maintain and optimize HR systems and employee data
Pull reports and provide insights to support decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data accuracy
Payroll & Compliance Support
Partner with outsourced payroll providers (no need to run payroll directly)
Ensure accurate data flow and support related administrative tasks
Projects & Process Improvement
Jump into HR projects as needed—this is a “see it, solve it” kind of environment
Help implement scalable processes as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
Strong recruiting experience—this is a key part of the role
Comfort working in a less structured, evolving environment
Experience with HR systems and reporting/analytics
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
Self-starter who can operate independently and bring ideas to the table
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
Exposure to outsourced payroll models
Schedule & Setup
Approximately 32 hours per week to start
Early schedule preferred (around 7:30 AM start)
Based in Oldsmar, FL with potential flexibility for occasional remote work
Open to someone starting part-time in late May/June, with the goal of transitioning to full-time by end of Q3
The Vibe
This is a team that values practicality over process for process’s sake. They’re looking for someone who can bring structure without slowing things down—someone who sees gaps and fills them without needing a playbook for every move.
Why This Role?
If you like the idea of getting in early, shaping how HR operates, and growing with a business, this is your kind of seat at the table.
