Molly grew up in the sunshine state of Florida and spent her childhood eating, sleeping, and breathing all things sports. As a child, she could often be found shooting hoops in her driveway whilst wearing her ballet shoes, allowing for the occasional dance break. Thankfully, her parents were supportive of her diverse interests. She dedicated her youth to sports and ultimately received a scholarship to play basketball at UCF. After two years, she made the tough decision to retire from basketball and transferred to UF, where she graduated with a degree in Sport Management. Assuming she’d pursue a career in the sports industry, she took some internships with the top brands in sports but realized it wasn’t the path for her and decided to pursue a job with a local Advertising Agency, Frankel Media Group.

After a fun and exciting career in advertising, Molly had the burning desire to head out west and made the decision to pack up and move to Los Angeles, CA….a city that would provide enough stories to last her a lifetime. Eventually, she’d land her first Recruiting job with a large staffing agency, Aerotek, and it would jump start a career into the world of recruiting.

Molly has nearly 10 years of professional recruiting experience in both in-house and agency recruiting. She has recruited for everything from call center reps to creative marketing roles (Graphic Designers/UX Designers/Art Directors) to roles in the finance sector (Financial Analysts/Finance Directors/Data Analysts) and has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as The Home Depot and Salesforce. Her agency experience taught her the fundamentals of recruiting and working in a fast-paced environment and her in-house experience revealed how impactful having a streamlined and thoughtful interview process is essential to hiring the best talent.

Molly loves getting the opportunity to learn about so many industries and getting to talk to job-seekers about their career passions and being able to play a role in helping clients and candidates find the right match. There’s never a dull moment in recruiting and, sometimes, the juggle can feel like playing basketball while wearing ballet shoes.
