As an industry leader, Lauren has worked a wide range of roles spanning from Senior Recruiter, to International HR Director. Prior to her HR and Talent career, she spent about 10 years in Castings and Media/Marketing/Sales via some well-known companies such as HSN and Disney.

Her diverse background has allowed her to work with a variety of people and industries. Lauren has a proven track record of outstanding results, and more importantly, a reputation for being authentic, reliable, and helpful.

Lauren’s previous work experience includes:

• ProV International: HR Director.
• Staffing 10 years: Lead Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, Start-up HR, PEO and Staffing branding experience, Branch Manager, Executive Business Development Leader, Senior Recruiter, Staffing Consultant, Payroll Specialist, and more.
• Disney: Casting Experience, Production Experience, HR Generalist Experience.
• HSN: On-Air Talent, Live Global TV Sales Experience.

• Successfully merged international workforce into US operations with speed and accuracy leading the VISA process for all projects.
• National and International team trainer and leader in mindset strategies, critical thinking, strategic data analysis, strategic planning, and optimizing performance for maximum results.
• From the stage to the C suite; Coached some of NYC’s Broadway stars, as well as CEO’s and top performers in business to achieve their highest results.
• Led a start up staffing company from A to Z, to be profitable in 3 months, and earning over a million dollars in gross profit within the first year.
• Earned multiple awards for business development, HR and team training leadership consistently for 10 years in the staffing industry.
• Led the winning team for the People’s Choice Award, Tampa Bay’s Dancing with the Stars contributor, a muti-charity event featuring the stars of Tampa Bay, including local entrepreneurs, professionals and community leaders.

Lauren has earned 4 accreditation’s as an HR leader in Technology. She also enjoys ongoing studies and workshops around psychology in leadership and is an active SHRM member.

Born in New York and raised in Florida, Lauren enjoys the best of both worlds. Lauren grew up with a love for all things creative from dance class, to painting. A surprise “fun fact” is that this artist has a kickin’ side too as a 3rd degree blackbelt!

On the weekends, Lauren can be found at all the fun places as she enjoys being a mom and hanging with family and friends! She loves the beach, live music, theatre, travel, and new adventures!
