Kevin has over 20 years of Human Resources leadership and business partner/advisory experience in multiple industries, including, not limited to, nationwide multi-state outsourced HR services delivery organizations, aerospace aerostructures manufacturing, global automotive manufacturing for a division of KIA Motors, and telecommunications and mass marketing with a leader in that industry.
While Kevin has developed solid generalist knowledge throughout his career, his experience as the HR Compliance Manager for a nationwide HR services provider has provided him with the depth of knowledge in the employment/HR regulatory environment which enables him to provide solid guidance on compliance and risk mitigation matters for his internal and external clients. Additionally, he has developed and implemented successful multifaceted strategies to increase employee retention and engagement.
Kevin holds the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) in the HR profession by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and his PHR (Professional Human Resources) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). He also holds his OSHA Certification (General Industry) as well as his County Court Mediation Training Certification.
