Jennifer brings more than two decades experience delivering a vast range of human capital and organizational change management solutions locally, nationally, and globally. She is a high-energy, flexible, and dynamic business leader. She is dedicated to enterprise success, focusing on the big picture as well as the daily details and overall team success. All three are needed to achieve.

Academically, Jennifer completed a best-in-class undergraduate program at American University, studying international affairs as well as communications, negotiation, and conflict management techniques. In fact, she graduated in 3.5 years while working two jobs. She stayed on for Graduate School where her studies centered on the principles of educational leadership, adult education, and organizational change. This nationally recognized program set the stage for a rewarding professional career. She has attained both the PMP and SPHR certifications.

Jennifer has led multi-million-dollar projects to develop and sustain effective, satisfying employee cultures. Widely recognized as a corporate transformation expert, she loves to help people grow. She has directed efforts big and small to support employee development, performance management, and associated compensation systems. As a corporate training director, her team’s efforts were recognized as an "America's Best" program. Even more rewarding was her volunteer work to transform an early childhood development center servicing the D.C. homeless community.

In her downtime, Jennifer can often be found pushing her personal limits. She was an All-State field hockey player and is an accomplished sailor who crewed regattas from Pensacola to Havana and Bermuda to New England. Jennifer maintains a SCUBA Rescue Diver certification, has completed a triathlon and multiple “century” events (100+ miles) on a bike she calls “Ruby”. She’s also passionate about spending time at her local dog beach with her Mastiff, Charlie, and her Chihuahua-Dachshund, Willow.
