Wendy is a former Assistant VP of Total Rewards with over 20 years of extensive experience in the Rewards area focused on Executive Compensation, Broad Based Compensation, Sales Compensation, Benchmarking, Job Architecture, Immigration and Benefits.  

She has experience in Oil and Gas, Technology, Financial Services and Manufacturing Organizations in over 80 countries across her career. Wendy is proficient in establishing Centers of Excellence and adeptly navigating mergers and divestitures. 

Wendy is passionate about ensuring that all strategic rewards initiatives are aligned to the talent and strategic goals of each client.  She is also committed to fostering transparency and honesty in compensation programs. She maintains a genuine approach while balancing business and financial outcomes, with a keen awareness of the personal nature of compensation.

Wendy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Texas, Austin.
