ABOUT VICTORIA FALLS


Victoria is the quintessential “people person.” She genuinely enjoys understanding what motivates people, how teams operate, and what helps individuals and organizations thrive. Over the course of her career, she has been able to channel that passion into the HR and talent space, helping businesses grow while maintaining a people-centered approach.

Victoria brings experience across recruiting, employee engagement, leadership partnership, and talent strategy within the legal, consulting, and professional services industries. She has partnered closely with leadership teams to scale hiring efforts, strengthen internal culture, improve processes, and navigate periods of rapid growth and change.

Prior to joining HR Soul, Victoria led recruiting and people initiatives for a rapidly growing law firm, where she built the recruiting function from the ground up and later expanded into a broader HR leadership role. She partnered closely with ownership on strategic hiring, workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, office expansion, and organizational growth. Her background also includes talent acquisition experience within both an AmLaw 100 law firm and a global consulting organization.

Victoria’s appreciation for entrepreneurship and people-focused leadership began while growing up in her family’s real estate business, where she saw firsthand how much company culture and strong relationships can impact a growing business.

Originally from Virginia and now based in Florida, Victoria grew up involved in the arts and is a lifelong music lover who spent years performing, an experience that still influences the creativity and authenticity she brings into both her personal and professional relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, her pets, live music, Broadway, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
