Jamie is a Senior Consultant who leverages her 25 years of professional experience as a versatile and strategic business operations leader with expertise managing all back-office functions including HR, payroll, finance, administration and legal.

Jamie always uses a collaborative approach, cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with executives, front-line staff, clients, vendors and other key stakeholders. 

SPHR and SHRM-SPC certified, Jamie is skilled at the full suite of HR functions in various industries and business sectors. Her HR experience in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, policies and procedures, performance management, is supplemented by her skills managing administration, insurance, finance and legal functions in growing businesses.

Jamie received a B.S. in Business Management from University of Phoenix and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University’s School of Law. 

A native and longtime resident of Philadelphia, in 2023, Jamie and her husband, David, moved with their labradoodle, Vega, and two cats to sunny St. Petersburg, FL where they enjoy long walks, theatre, live music and sports, and the abundant waterfront and beaches.
