Christopher is a People executive with over 20 years of global HR leadership across SaaS, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and eCommerce, with two PE-backed exits and VC-funded experience. He specializes in workforce planning, HR systems and process design, business performance, and AI transformation.

Operating at the intersection of HR, technology, and business performance, Christopher has led enterprise-wide talent and culture initiatives across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. He has designed and scaled award-winning workplace cultures, driven measurable improvements in retention and engagement, and built AI governance frameworks that balance innovation with organizational readiness.

 
Christopher is both a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the U.K. and Ireland. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in HR Management (Distinction) from the National College of Ireland and a BA in French Language and Education.

A national conference speaker on AI, culture, and the future of work, he has presented at Boston Tech Week, SHRM AI+HI Project, and SHRM Pinellas, among others. He speaks French and Spanish.

Based in Orlando, FL, Christopher brings a global executive perspective to People strategy. Outside of work, he enjoys RV-ing, is a huge theme park nerd, and relaxes with Lego building.
