ABOUT CHRISTOPHER HUDSON


Christopher is an executive-level HR leader specializing in workplace culture strategy, C-suite talent alignment, and organizational transformation. With over 15 years of global HR leadership experience, he has designed and scaled award-winning, high-performing workplace cultures that drive employee engagement and allow businesses to achieve their financial targets.


Operating at the intersection of HR, business performance, and strategy, Christopher has led enterprise-wide talent and culture initiatives in high-growth technology environments, shaping HR frameworks across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. His expertise spans organizational design, leadership development, data and workforce analytics, and change management, ensuring HR functions as a commercial and strategic driver of business outcomes. He has also developed a data-driven culture progression model that assures culture initiatives are shared by executives and employees alike through an alignment of values and measurable human behaviors.

 
Christopher is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the SHRM and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the U.K. and Ireland. He was also an expat to Ireland for several years and speaks three languages, all underscoring his commitment to global HR excellence and business leadership. As an emerging speaker in HR circles, he enjoys sharing insights on workplace culture, executive leadership, and organizational transformation to help prepare the next generation of HR leaders.

 
Based in the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg, FL, Christopher brings a global executive perspective to HR strategy. Outside of work, he enjoys RV-ing, is a huge theme park nerd, and relaxes with Lego building.
