Kelsey has served as HR Director for multiple private equity-backed technology companies, where she developed an agile, practical approach to people operations, compliance, systems, and culture-building. Her work has contributed to award-winning workplace cultures, including companies recognized with multiple Best Places to Work honors.

With a strong passion for systems and technology, Kelsey brings deep expertise in HRIS projects, implementations, and process optimization. Kelsey was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, and now lives in nearby Bradenton with her husband and their fur-family, including one dog and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, crafting, woodworking, and exploring the Florida outdoors.
