ABOUT ME


I’m a relentless optimist on a mission to connect people with purpose. I believe in putting people first, co-creating the future of work, and building workplaces that foster fulfillment and belonging – so people can do their best work and feel great doing it.


Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worn dozens of hats: recruiter, trainer, instructional designer, HR generalist, executive coach, change manager, leadership consultant, and executive director – just to name a few. But I’m at my best when I’m helping teams unlock potential and deliver meaningful change.


My approach blends behavioral science, bold creativity, and a bias for action. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, coaching an executive team, or delivering a keynote to 5,000 people, I bring energy, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of people to transform organizations from the inside out.


At the heart of it, I’m driven by a simple idea: if we help people love how they work, better business results will follow.

PERSONAL


Based in Orlando, Florida, Jordan lives with his wife Katie and their two sons. A lifelong learner and improviser, you might find him performing at SAK Comedy Lab downtown, writing satirical songs about corporate life, or hunting down the best foodie spots in town.


When he's not designing programs or coaching leaders, you’ll probably find him exploring a new city, experimenting with new recipes in his kitchen, or chasing after his two favorite little humans
