Paul is also very passionate about enabling small and medium-sized businesses to accelerate their growth having been a small business owner of a martial arts school in Westchester NY while in his full-time HR roles.

Paul has a B.A. from York University, and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College in Canada. Paul also obtained his Senior Professional Human Resources Designation (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.
